Business Problem

Phillip Jeffries wallpaper is known for its unique and high-quality textural wallcoverings.  They had been using a different solution company, Wrike for almost 6 years. Although the solution  had met many of their needs, they believed that there were better and more robust alternatives, that were more aligned with their current architecture. As the company continues to grow it is increasingly important for them to have the tools to support their growth, scale appropriately and promote efficient communication and collaboration.

Winning Proposal

Marque360’s Solution for Phillip Jeffries. Here’s how the solution works:

Phillip Jeffries currently manages all information in Wrike or in excel with some collaboration happening in Microsoft teams. As the organization is growing the PMO needs are also growing resulting in a need for a platform that enables all PMO functions.

Requirements included:

  • Envisioning Sessions- Marque360 would facilitate working sessions with key stakeholders and Executives to outline existing process and map out future PMO processes based on best practices
  • Building process efficiencies- Reviewing their current processes, desired future state, and discussing best practices. Then Identifying options that would improve the quality, consistency, and speed of their projects.
  • Offering a pre-configured solution, with all PMO functions, with no hidden annual fees, that would provide excellent resource management.
  • Capture PMO Lifecycle- One platform that would serve through the PMO life cycle- Intake/Demand management, Project Management, Governance, Collaboration and Reporting.
