  • Marque360 Team consulted on a resource management issue for MasterBrand and provided a solution for tracking resource demand at the intake level, by assigning named resources to specific roles requested.
  • The solution also included automation of approved resource requests within new project created in Planner, directly from the intake application. Utilizing the pre-existing product, also developed by Marque360, we were able to provide an enhancement to the existing application along with the automation of new projects.
  • Power BI enhancements were also recommended to reflect the intake resource demand by utilizing a filter on the report, which would include intake demand on visual data sets on demand. 
  • Lastly, configuration enhancements included providing simple view updates within Project, for visualizing each team member, their role, and the total effort hours, increasing efficiency in decision-making and management.
